How we use information

We use your information to respond to inquiries, understand your coordination needs, prepare translation or hospital-matching next steps, and communicate with you about ChinaMedNav services.

Medical documents

The first website form does not require full medical records. If records are needed, we will discuss an appropriate follow-up channel and only request documents relevant to the service. We may review translated or untranslated records to support navigation, translation, and inquiry preparation, but clinical decisions remain with hospitals and licensed treating physicians.

Sharing

We do not sell patient inquiry information. If you ask us to contact a hospital, clinic, translator, interpreter, or coordination partner, we may share information necessary for that requested step after the scope is understood. We do not share medical information with providers for appointment or inquiry work without your instruction or consent.

Emergency requests

Do not use this website or email channel for emergencies. If the patient may need urgent care, contact local emergency services immediately.
